We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock or a due date is clearly shown, and the pricing is true and correct.
Currency
United States dollars (USD) can be used on this site. Please choose from the drop down menu on the top right hand side of the home page.
All amounts will be shown in USD during the course of the transaction, however final amounts will be converted to Australian dollars (AUD).
Our default currency on this website is Australian dollars and all banking for this website is done in Australia.

Australia
Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business day.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
We use Australia Post for most deliveries. A tracking number will be forwarded to you once your order has been dispatched.
It is also possible for us to send out items via courier. Please let us know if this is a preferred option. Couriers do usually require a signature upon delivery, so we recommend using a workplace as the best option for courier deliveries. It is possible for us to send items overnight via courier to most of NSW and QLD.
International
Orders placed on this website will be shipped internationally using Australia Post International Express Post. We provide a tracking number once the goods have been dispatched. Costs for shipping internationally will be more expensive and are calculated at the time of checkout.
We will have our dedicated U.S. website live in late October, where goods will be shipped from a U.S. warehouse and shipping costs will be much reduced. Details of shipping costs and items available will be on that new website www.lazybonesusa.com shortly.
Please feel free to call us for any additional product or sizing information either at the head office from Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm or call one of the stores Monday to Friday 10am until 5pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10am until 4pm (please note the Paddington store is closed on Sunday through winter)
