We understand that shopping online can be a little tricky, therefore we've tried to make our returns policy as helpful to you as possible.
Returns and Exchanges can be made up to 14 days after receipt of goods. Goods must have original tags and be in unused condition.
When returning please ensure you include your invoice. If you would like to exchange it for another item, please make note which item/s and include within your returned parcel.
Return of Full Ticket & Sale Items
You may choose an exchange, credit note or a full refund.
Return of Final Sale Items
No refund will be given if you have simply changed your mind or for incorrect choice. An exchange or credit note will be offered.
Faulty items are to be returned to us. We will happily pay your postage costs. Once we receive the item a replacement will be sent to you. If we are unable to provide a replacement then a refund may be offered.
If you are returning an item for an exchange then packaging and postage must be paid for by the customer.
Credit Notes are valid for 12 months

For all International Customers goods can be returned to us within 20 days of the date of your invoice, and are to be returned in the condition they were received. *Please contact us first before returning items.
All refunds, exchanges & credits will only be given once we have received all goods back into our head office.
