Returns and Exchanges can be made up to 14 days after receipt of goods. Goods must have original tags and be in unused condition.
When posting please ensure you include your invoice. If you would like to exchange it for another item, please make note which item/s and include within your returned parcel.
For faulty or incorrect items, we will happily pay the postage costs for dispatch of the replacement. If you are returning items for reasons other than the item being faulty or incorrect, then packaging and postage must be paid for by the customer.

For all International Customers goods can be returned to us within 20 days of the date of your invoice, and are to be returned in the condition they were received. *Please contact us first before returning items.
A refund is not available on any Sale items or for change of mind, only a credit will be given.
All refunds, exchanges & credits will only be given once we have received all goods back into our head office.
